If there is no evidence to prove the intentional killing of innocent civilians, it is my belief that the primary objective of US military combat personnel in Afghanistan should be to kill the enemy, wherever and whenever they can. Unfortunately, many times innocent Afghani civilians are killed (collateral damage) in the process, as was the case in the oil tanker strike.
