U.S.: We’re not thankful for the guy who died in Nutty Putty

  • Getting people to him is very difficult. It is a tightly confined space. When there is movement, it is literally millimeters at a time.
  • Sgt. Spencer Cannon • Just before John Edward Jones, who was stuck in the Nutty Putty cave in Utah, died. Jones was trapped in the cave for a whole day in an area 18 inches wide and 10 inches deep. Which sounds awful. source
