• Pretty scary, right? This morn­ing near Seabrook, Texas, an Amer­i­can Acryl plant just went kablooey – caus­ing a big explo­sion, bil­low­ing large amounts of smoke in the air and after­shocks as far as 10 miles away. The crazy part? Just two peo­ple were hurt, and they were already released. It’s no Three Mile Island, but it is a pretty huge “Holy Crap!” (Hat tip goes to reader Deca­pod; thanks man!) source
