    Well, we can’t really call it “swine flu” when there are people confused enough to not eat pork for fear of catching it. I was told we’re supposed to call it “North American Flu” for some reason having to do with “flu pandemics are named for the countries in which they originate.” Also Israel’s prime minster doesn’t want to force orthodox Jews to day “swine”. Which, ok, I can see that I guess. The things you learn in Evolutionary Biology.
