Given how opposed to the bill the Republicans are and how much of a compromise it is being painted as by the liberal Democrats, it is will be an impressive achievement if this bill can be signed and subsequently result in a first stepping stone to more accessible health care for all Americans. Though it will be imperfect, there are a number of very good aspects to the bill that make it better than what currently exists.
