Tech: It only took twenty years for near-complete cell phone adoption

    I don’t have one. I can’t afford it. Plus where I live, service is absolutely horrible. When I did have one, I was in roam at all times and had to keep my phone sitting on the window sill in order to receive text messages. (I’m also amongst the 30% of my state’s population that can’t get broadband Internet (other than satellite.))
