		<description>Reading this, I can&#039;t help but think about &quot;The future of the internet - and how to stop it&quot; by Johnathan Zittrane.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Specifically, he talks about the internet originally being somewhat open-source, a place where things were contributed to build upon eachother.  It just seems like this lawsuit is a little...well...stupid?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Granted, the defendants in this case are major corporations.  Even if they lose a lot of money, it isn&#039;t as if they are really going to take damage.  However, the people behind the innovation deserve credit and even monetary gain from it.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I just don&#039;t know where to sit on this.  If I were the company, I&#039;d settle.  I&#039;m not a person who understands all the intricacies of the case, so I&#039;m probably ignorant in my judgement.</description>
