Panel C: After Daily Kos and HuffPo wrote about the negative reviews, an army of positive reviewers showed up, giving the restaurant a solid 5-star overall review.

Currently doing gangbusters: Yelp, which just launched its IPO today only to see it jump over 60 percent right out of the gate — despite the fact that stocks are down overall. That one-star review you wrote of that crappy restaurant near your house totally pushed them over the edge.

What an interesting choice by Google. A surprisingly low-tech choice. Yelp is the company that should worry most about this purchase.
