The video above shows Michael Cole, who was working with Lawler in the booth as the incident took place, as he told fans about the incident on television. “This is not part of tonight’s entertainment,” he said. “This is a real-life situation.” The 62-year-old Lawler, mostly working as an announcer for the WWE, did briefly wrestle earlier in the program before the incident took place.
