So the new George W. Bush Presidential Library, opening this week, includes an interesting feature: An interactive section that allows visitors to decide for themselves if the decisions Bush made were the right ones, based on input from virtual “advisers.” In other words, Bush’s little way of giving himself a second chance in the eyes of the public. Remember Stephen Glass? The man at the center of a major Clinton-era journalistic scandal at The New Republic (shown above in film trailer form) is looking to make a comeback — as a lawyer. Glass, now 39, has poured tons of money into the effort, and has worked hard to rehabilitate himself and his image, even going through therapy. And his boss, trial lawyer Paul Zuckerman, is one of the strongest advocates for his push to get a California law license, giving him a second chance after reflecting on his own earlier substance abuse. ”People can say he is fooling me,” Zuckerman said. “But I truly know the man.”

Gervais Invited Back to Host Golden Globes, Do You Think He Should Return?
They may have complained about his “totally unacceptable” jokes, but Golden Globes organizers have asked comedian Ricky Gervais to host the awards for a third time next year, according to Gervais. He told Heat magazine, “I don’t think I should.”
Let this be a lesson: If you bring in the ratings, people will put up with your crap. Who would talk about the Golden Globes if he wasn’t host?
