NASCAR wreck at Daytona Speedway leaves fans with injuries
Yahoo Sports: At least 6 spectators were injured after a crash on the final lap of the NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Daytona International Speedway sent debris into the crowd.
Driver Kyle Larson’s car went flying into the spectator fence. Larson walked away without any injuries.

We’ve seen crashes like this in racing events in the past, and as the image above shows, this was the feared worst-case scenario — a car goes airborne as it’s right up against the partition between the track and the vulnerable fans. Our fondest thoughts and well-wishes to those injured, as well as horrified by this event.
