A clown. A mind-reader. This sounds like a birthday party I attended at the age of 6. I don’t remember much. I think I cried a lot.

Johnson, who resigned Monday amid word of a lavish training conference in Las Vegas, held on the taxpayer’s dime. “Forget partying like a rock star. I want to party like the GSA,” Petri writes.
