NATO to take command of Libyan airstrikes.  This is an immediate takeover, decided on after a meeting of NATO envoys in Brussels. One NATO official (unnamed) is quoted as saying:Nato has decided today to implement all aspects of the UN resolution 1973 to protect civilians and civilian-populated areas under threat of attack from the Gaddafi regime.

Before, NATO had just agreed to help with no-fly zone in Libya.
