Apple announces new iPhones to replace iPhone 5
Apple CEO Tim Cook confirmed the company is replacing the iPhone 5 with 2 new iPhones. The first announced is the iPhone 5C, which has a plastic back and will come in a variety of colors. Apple CEO Tim Cook confirmed the company is replacing the iPhone 5 with 2 new iPhones. The first announced is the iPhone 5C, which has a plastic back and will come in a variety of colors. A 16GB version of the phone will start at $99; 32GB phone will cost $199.

Apple also announced the next version of its mobile operating system, iOS 7, will be available beginning Sept. 18.

Siri Gets An Update: Looks like Siri will be getting another update in iOS 6. Apple’s virtual assistant will now be able to help iPhone 5 owners reserve tables at a restaurant, find more-detailed sports results, and even recommend movies for you based on critics’ ratings.
