Sad news today, as reports note that Robin Gibb, one-third of the Bee Gees, is reportedly close to death, suffering from health problems stemming from a blocked bowel he suffered nearly two years ago, along with colon cancer which was reportedly in remission a month ago. His twin brother, Maurice, died of a simliar condition nine years ago. Robin is reportedly in a coma, with his family at his side. Robin, along with Maurice and Barry, emerged from Australia to become one of the biggest music acts of the 1960s and 1970s, with a lengthy career spanning over four decades. Fingers crossed that he can hold on a bit longer.
EDIT: We’d like to apologize if readers were offended by the original headline. It was not meant to be offensive. So, we took it off. We don’t always get it right, and we want to be clear about that. Thanks for reading.
