A few days later the reader received a call from AT&T Partnership Operations, with information on how to get his phone unlocked. And while the anonymous tipster never did hear back from Tim personally, the reader’s wife did receive a call from Cook’s assistant, who called to verify that the phone situation had been resolved. source (via • follow)
