killa-cass says: Michele Bachman post comment. She was agreeing with the actions taken by the British to secure their embassy personnel and was speaking in the hypothetical, that if she was President of the United States and if we had an embassy in Iran, she would have taken the same actions as the British. PLEASE get facts straight before trying to bash people. Google it and actually read this time.

» SFB says: She clarified the comments after the fact. Our post went up roughly around the time of the initial tweet. If anything, we simply need to post an update, considering that her staff denies the presented context of initial comment, as it was explained by a tweet by an NBC employee. Just because a comment is getting reblogged a day after we posted it doesn’t mean that the full picture was clear at that time. — Ernie @ SFB

What the heck, Mediaite? Why do you just let your writer just drop an ad-hominem attack on the subject of an article, unchecked? It’s one thing to disagree with Michael Moore; plenty of people do this already. Frances Martel took it a step further by calling Michael Moore a communist in the VERY FIRST SENTENCE of a story, then drawing reference to it at the very end of said story. Uncalled-for.
