EDIT: Since the jokey prior edit didn’t make it clear enough for our readers, we are in fact aware that the white tarp went up before the hurricane, and was meant as part of their renovation process. But either way — it’s a giant glass building the path of a hurricane. They would’ve had to do something with it.
