3D-TV, Automated Cooking and Robot Housemaids: Walter Cronkite Tours the Home of 2001

One out of three ain’t bad.

3/3, 2001 was just a bit early.

Microwave ovens predated the Cronkite videos by 20 years, (if you click the link, it talks about automatic preparation of the food, not just cooking), and Roombas can’t wait on you hand and foot yet, as the story suggests. 3D TVs, however, were pretty on the mark, if off by a few years. (And as it turns out, not actually that appealing.) So still 1/3.
