The coolest place on the internet, according to this tagline.

I’m not a scientist, man. I can tell you what recorded history says, I can tell you what the Bible says, but I think that’s a dispute amongst theologians and I think it has nothing to do with the gross domestic product or economic growth of the United States…I don’t think I’m qualified to answer a question like that. At the end of the day, I think there are multiple theories out there on how the universe was created and I think this is a country where people should have the opportunity to teach them all.
Sen. Marco Rubio • Answering a direct question on the Earth’s age during an interview with GQ’s Michael Hainey. We don’t expect the Senator’s comments to make my headlines on their own; however, the overall tone of the piece certainly seemed to have the air of a man testing the political waters for a spot on the Republican ticket in 2016. Then again, maybe we’re just overanalyzing. Thoughts? source

  7. everynne said: Rubio is a definite strong candidate for 2016. Hispanic, young, has the potential to grab celebrity status with young voters. He’s a step forward in the evolution of the GOP. Here’s to hoping he doesn’t try to pander to the hardcore evangelists.
