Because I like trying things for fun: Over the last couple of days, I’ve been using this cool new service called Lookmark, which is sort of like a frictionless bookmarking tool, to track all the news stories I read online. (Think Facebook’s frictionless sharing, but transparent.) While I’m not throwing absolutely everything on there (no bank account numbers, sry), I am leaving up a public page showing all the stuff I am reading. On certain sites, like the New York Times, it picks up everything I read. I’m sure I’m gonna Petraeus myself by doing this, but it’s a fun experiment. Try it out. And follow me on there if you want. — Ernie @ SFB
