The people of Wisconsin clearly spoke on June 5th. Now, they are ready to move on. Sadly a liberal activist judge in Dane County wants to go backwards and take away the law making responsibilities of the legislature and the governor. We are confident that the state will ultimately prevail in the appeals process.
A statement from Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker • Dismissing the decision by a Wisconsin judge to strike down most of the collective-bargaining law Walker helped push through the state legislature in 2011. The law will likely head to the state’s supreme court, which heard the law last year and allowed it to go forward.
