And this is brand new news? Negative. Winfrey is just explaining that losing the baby gave her a new lease on life; she was able to move on and become somebody. 

Perhaps not … the newsworthy thing is that Piers Morgan got her to talk about this, meaning he’s apparently a good interviewer.
