Authorities worked quickly to solve the case: Last night, the Tulsa Police Department followed through with what it called ”Operation Random Shooter” and arrested two men suspected in the shootings of five black men in Tulsa, three of which proved fatal. The men — from left, 19-year-old Jake England and 32-year-old Alvin Watts — have been charged 3 counts of murder and 2 counts of shooting with intent to kill. The police department had investigated the shootings as a hate crime. The local Fox affiliate reports that a man who might be England’s father was shot and killed in April of 2010. England recently posted about his father’s death on his Facebook page, using a racial slur to describe his father’s killer.
