So Rick Santorum is going to the Jelly Belly factory today to make a "major" speech on foreign policy … largely because Ronald Reagan was famously a huge Jelly Belly fan.

You can’t make this stuff up. If Ronald Reagan liked jumping off bridges, Rick, would you make a speech while jumping off a bridge?
