Apple wants to be cool and modern and have the type of architecture that would appeal to the tech crowd, but on the other hand, they have to appreciate the danger that this high-tech modern architecture poses to some people.
New York Attorney Derek T. Smith • Speaking on behalf of his 83-year-old client, Evelyn Paswall, who injured herself on the glass door in front of a Long Island Apple Store. Despite her vision being intact, she didn’t realize it was glass and broke her nose. Therefore Paswall is suing … for a million dollars. FWIW, Apple put warning signs in front of the store as word of the lawsuit broke.
