Biz: Enron’s Jeffrey Skilling gets a Supreme Court hearing for his trial

Man, if he gets off … Skilling, the Enron executive who didn’t have the, uh, fortune of dying just before getting sentenced, will get his day in front of the Supreme Court due to questions about the judgment. Skilling says the legal claim that he deprived the company of “honest services” is invalid, and notes that an argument that he did it for personal gain was never made.
